Polluxium provides business workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions and IT consulting. We are looking for a sales representative to identify suitable businesses, start conversations with decision-makers and help turn qualified opportunities into paid projects.
This role suits someone who can research prospects, understand business needs and manage follow-up independently. You will work with our technical team to connect client requirements with a clearly scoped solution.
What you will do
- Research potential clients, including small businesses and digital agencies.
- Start relevant conversations through LinkedIn, email, business calls and your professional network.
- Understand each prospect’s operational challenges, budget and timeline.
- Arrange discovery calls and demonstrations with Polluxium’s technical team.
- Follow up on proposals, handle commercial questions and support closing within agreed pricing and scope.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations and next steps.

What we are looking for
- Experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition; experience selling IT, software or agency services is preferred.
- Clear written and verbal communication, active listening and negotiation skills.
- The ability to explain business value in practical terms.
- Consistent follow-up and the ability to organise your own prospecting activity.
- An honest approach to representing services, pricing and delivery commitments.
- An existing network of business owners or agency decision-makers would be an advantage. You do not need to write code; technical discovery and solution design will be handled with our technical team.

Commission and working terms
This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary, base pay or guaranteed income.
The commission percentage, eligible revenue, client-attribution rules and payment schedule will be agreed in writing before work begins. Commission will be tied to qualifying client payments received by Polluxium.
The role includes sourcing your own prospects. You will collaborate with our team on service positioning, demonstrations and proposals.
