As a Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales Support Specialist, you are a key pillar of our sales operations, providing crucial support that empowers our internal and external sales teams to excel. In this role, you will independently manage a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, from order processing and preparing price quotations to assisting with RFP responses and product trainings. You will apply your intermediate to advanced knowledge of our products and services as you expertly navigate our CRM and sales pipeline systems, successfully managing the processes for quotations, bookings, and invoices. You will also play a vital role in our automation strategy, acting independently to support standard client needs and resolving moderate-level fallouts from our automated processes.

You Will:
- Prepare quotes for contract renewal and RFP/RFI responses.
- Maintain detailed quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Ensure the integrity of client information within our database systems.
- Update and manage data using Excel spreadsheets.
- Handle internal and external queries in a professional, client-focused manner.
- Manage order bookings through Purchase Order processing and perform booking reconciliations.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) self-checks on your work and conduct peer-checks for colleagues to ensure accuracy.
- Develop your subject matter expertise in quality assurance to begin identifying areas for process improvement.
- Effectively handle medium to high-priority escalations, using your judgment to escalate the most complex issues to management.
- Maintain and actively improve our Knowledge Base Tool.
- Identify and communicate potential operational risks to management for review.
- Prioritize your tasks to meet all deadlines, paying close attention to detail.
- Participate in the KMIP (Know, Measure, Improve, Perfect) methodology in your daily activities.
