More about the role:

As an Associate Director in our Technology practice, you will be working across some of our largest and most strategic enterprise/B2B clients. As well as an overall understanding of enterprise technology gleaned from your experience to date, the successful candidate will have experience working with brands in some or all of the following key sectors: datacentre, automotive, semiconductor/processor, and Internet of Things.

Alongside your relevant experience, you will be a dynamic and commercially astute thinker, creating strategic and innovative solutions to meet client challenges, yielding exceptional results. You will offer insightful and effective counsel to clients, manage expectations, proactively address issues, and ensure seamless execution of all client deliverables.


What you'll do:

  • Lead and grow senior client relationships, providing strategic counsel and ensuring communications programmes deliver against business objectives.
  • Develop and oversee integrated communications strategies and creative campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Partner closely with internal specialists and agency partners to deliver innovative, insight-led client solutions.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, selling integrated programmes and supporting new business pitches and proposals.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
  • Champion the use of data, intelligence and AI-powered solutions to enhance client outcomes and uncover new opportunities.
  • Lead, inspire and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, performance management and career development planning.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the agency, contributing to thought leadership, industry visibility, agency culture and continued business growth.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Proven experience leading senior client relationships and acting as a trusted strategic advisor to technology and innovation-focused brands.
  • Strong integrated communications background across earned, social, content, influencer and corporate communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-impact strategies, compelling narratives and multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience operating within complex, multi-agency environments and collaborating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded, with a track record of driving account growth, uncovering new opportunities and contributing to business development.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven communications, measurement frameworks, AI tools and intelligence-led planning.
  • Experienced people leader with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent presentation, pitching and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
