Looking for a role where your earnings reflect your ability rather than the number of hours you work? This is a self-employed, commission-only position that allows you truly work around your existing commitments and maximise your income.
We're a fast-growing UK sales agency recruiting ambitious work-from-home B2B telesales agents to help introduce businesses to one of the UK's most exciting new recruitment platforms.
You'll be representing a modern recruitment app that combines social media-style job discovery with AI-powered technology, making it easier than ever for employers to connect with quality candidates and for job seekers to find work they'll love.

What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting businesses across the UK
- Introducing an innovative AI-powered recruitment platform
- Identifying hiring needs
- Booking demonstrations or closing sales (depending on campaign)
- Managing your pipeline and follow-ups
- Building long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
We're interested in attitude just as much as experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous B2B telesales, appointment setting, or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivation and discipline while working remotely
- A positive, resilient mindset
- A desire to maximise your earnings
