We are partnered with a fast-growing, technology-driven staffing platform transforming the way people access flexible work.

They are looking for a B2C Lifecycle Communications Manager to own and evolve the customer lifecycle communications strategy across the UK and US. This is a hands-on, data-driven role for someone who understands how CRM and communications can influence behaviour, drive conversion and improve retention.

💼 Location: London
💼 Hybrid: 4 days onsite per week
💼 Contract Type: 12-month FTC
💼 Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle communications strategy across onboarding, activation, retention and re-engagement.
  • Map and optimise customer journeys to improve conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Create compelling content across email, SMS, push and in-app, including a regular customer newsletter.
  • Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Use customer data, segmentation and behavioural insights to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Design and run experiments across messaging, creative, audience, channel, timing and frequency.
  • Own the communications calendar and establish best practices around targeting, frequency and channel selection.
  • Work proactively with a strong focus on customer behaviour, pain points and marketplace demand.

  • Strong experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, customer engagement or consumer communications.
  • Experience within a digital consumer product, marketplace or similarly fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Proven experience across email, SMS, push and/or in-app communications.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, including segmentation and behavioural insights.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to create content, analyse insights and improve execution.
  • Strong creative and editorial judgement.
  • Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
