We are a tech-first staffing platform that gives workers the freedom to choose their own shifts and businesses the power to hire with a click. We are removing the friction from the traditional agency model and replacing it with speed, transparency, and choice.
We operate with the agility and energy of a high-growth scale-up, but we are backed by the stability and resources of Indeed - the world’s #1 job site. This gives us a unique advantage: the freedom to innovate at speed, with the muscle to dominate the market.
💼 This is an in-office role, five days per week with the option to work from home on Thursdays.
🚂 We are based literally a 30-second stroll from Farringdon station.
The Role
Indeed Flex is transforming how people find and access flexible work. The Worker Growth team uses consumer insight, creativity and lifecycle communications to help workers overcome barriers, find opportunities and stay engaged with the platform.
We are looking for a B2C Lifecycle Communications Manager who is passionate about consumer products and understands how powerful communications can influence behaviour and drive growth.
This is not a campaign setup or stakeholder request fulfilment role. You will proactively stay close to worker behaviour, pain points and marketplace demand, using these insights to shape the lifecycle communications strategy across the UK and US.
You will combine data, creativity and strong consumer judgement to develop compelling content, test new approaches and identify where communications can remove friction, improve conversion and strengthen the worker experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end worker lifecycle communications strategy across the UK and US, covering onboarding, activation, education, retention and re-engagement.
- Stay close to worker behaviour, pain points and marketplace demand to proactively identify where communications can remove friction, influence behaviour and improve the worker experience.
- Map and optimise lifecycle journeys to improve funnel conversion, worker enablement and long-term engagement.
- Develop compelling, audience-relevant content across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app communications, including ownership of a regular worker newsletter.
- Build and manage automated lifecycle journeys, ensuring communications are timely, coordinated and relevant to each stage of the worker experience.
- Use data and performance insights to prioritise opportunities, measure impact and inform decisions.
- Design and run experiments across messaging, creative, audience, channel, timing and frequency, applying learnings to improve performance.
- Own the worker communications calendar and establish clear principles for targeting, frequency, channel selection, quality and prioritisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
