Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and deliver WorkL’s international B2C marketing strategy.
- Acquire new users while improving retention, repeat visits and engagement.
- Drive participation in the Happy at Work Test and the World’s Happiest Workplaces Awards.
- Promote WorkL’s jobs, career resources, products, features and partnership programmes.
- Plan, deliver and optimise integrated campaigns across social media, CRM and other digital channels.
- Develop effective user journeys and marketing-automation programmes.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology to share user feedback and improve the platform.
- Analyse traffic, campaign and engagement data, turning insights into practical improvements.
- Ensure WorkL’s mission and brand are represented consistently across every consumer touchpoint.

Skills and Requirements
- Experience in a B2C Marketing Manager role (or similar) - ideally within a SaaS or professional services environment.
- Strong time management, organisation and planning skills.
- Google Analytics, Hotjar or comparable web and product-analytics tools.
- Marketing automation platforms like Copper, HubSpot or any other similar.
- CRM and lifecycle marketing.
- Campaign planning, design, delivery and optimisation.
- A strong understanding of SEO/ SEM principles and a proven track record in managing LinkedIn, Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including search and display campaigns.
- Email marketing and audience segmentation using ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp or any other similar tools.
- Conversion-rate optimisation and campaign testing.
- Interpreting marketing, website and user engagement data.
- Producing clear performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Experience in marketing awards programmes, partnership marketing, business memberships, employer-recognition products, HR services or international B2B products would be valuable, but it is not essential. You don’t need to meet every requirement to apply we don’t expect perfection.
