B2C Marketing Manager
Salary Range: £60,000 – £65,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid | 3 days in London

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will take ownership of delivering integrated marketing campaigns, customer communications and brand assets across multiple channels, ensuring every interaction strengthens customer engagement while supporting measurable commercial success.
Role Highlights
- Lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and customer channels.
- Coordinate customer communications including email, SMS, website and app content.
- Manage campaign assets, creative production, photography, video and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with internal teams including Digital, Technology, Legal, Finance and Operations.
- Measure campaign performance and optimise activity to improve customer engagement and commercial results.

You Will Need
- Proven experience delivering integrated B2C marketing campaigns from planning through execution. Ideally, you will have worked in an agency and used to fast pace.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all business levels.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to interpret campaign data and drive continuous improvement.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with experience working in fast-moving environments.
