Role Description
The B2C Sales & Admissions Consultant role is a part-time, remote position focused on enrolling students into appropriate tutoring programs. On a day-to-day basis, the consultant will:

- Respond to inquiries from families
- Conduct needs assessments
- Explain tutoring options
- Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrolment process

The role involves managing leads, following up with interested families, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and meeting individual sales and conversion targets. The consultant will collaborate with the tutoring and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide excellent service throughout the admissions journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with students and families.
- Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle questions, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Student Recruiting and Sales skills to effectively generate interest, build trust, and convert leads into enrolments.
- Training or onboarding experience to help new students and families understand the tutoring process and tools.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and good time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM or similar systems to track leads and admissions activities.
- Background in education, tutoring, or counselling is beneficial but not required.
