Job Description

This role will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, managing emails, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and renewal process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of sales accuracy.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Inbound Calls

  • Manage incoming calls from customers regarding sales inquiries, renewals, and retention, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Email Management

  • Handle email communications with customers, responding promptly to inquiries, processing sales and renewal requests, and addressing concerns in a clear and professional manner.

Outbound Calls

  • Proactively reach out to existing sales pipeline to convert prospects as well as reaching out to customers to discuss product/service renewals, upsell opportunities, and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Sales Accuracy

  • Ensure all sales orders, renewals, and updates are processed accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining data integrity and minimizing errors.

Customer Interaction

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized support and demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs. Aim to exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.

Renewal Process

  • Manage the full renewal lifecycle, ensuring that all customers are informed of renewal options in advance, and accurately updating CRM systems.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales and Customer Support teams to align efforts, resolve issues, and ensure customers receive consistent and effective service.

Reporting

  • Track and report on key metrics related to sales performance, renewals, customer satisfaction, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Maintain Standards

  • Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer interaction across all communication channels, ensuring that all sales and renewal activities reflect the company’s brand and values.

Essential Qualifications, Personal Qualities, and Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales data and customer information.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
  • A customer-first mentality with a focus on creating lasting relationships.
  • Prior experience with renewals, upselling, or managing accounts is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.

Salary

  • 35000 - 35000 GBP (yearly)
