About The Role
You'll be joining a small and highly successful team who help customers buy our used vehicles directly through AutoTrader and AutoSelect. From the first enquiry through to vehicle delivery, you'll play an important role in helping customers find the right vehicle and enjoy a smooth buying experience.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting customers throughout their buying journey, responding to enquiries via phone, email, web chat and SMS and helping them make informed decisions about their purchase
- Continuously developing your knowledge of our vehicles and services, explaining options clearly and identifying opportunities to introduce products such as finance, warranties and part exchange
- Managing customer information and sales activity using systems including Salesforce and Adobe, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Working closely with colleagues across the sales process to deliver a positive customer experience and help the team achieve its goals

The working hours for this role are 36.25 hours from Monday to Friday.
What We're Looking For
You're someone who genuinely enjoys delighting your customers, building good working relationships and working towards shared goals. You don't need to know everything about vehicles from day one, but you're naturally curious, keen to learn and motivated to deliver a great customer experience.
You'll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Experience in a sales, customer service or other customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people
- A collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the business
- An interest in learning about our vehicles, products and services and using that knowledge to help customers make the right choice

The package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £27,369, plus on-target commission earnings of £6,000. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays and an extra day off for your birthday.
