B2C Sales Manager — Inbound Leads (Russian and English)
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2C Sales Manager — Inbound Leads (Russian and English) based in United Kingdom.
This role is focused on converting qualified inbound interest into paying clients for job search and relocation services.
- You’ll engage with prospects who have already expressed interest, understand their goals, and determine how the services can best support their needs.
- Rather than cold outreach, you’ll focus on consultative sales conversations, thoughtful follow-up, objection handling, and closing.
- You’ll manage the complete sales journey from the initial consultation through payment and handover.
- Strong pipeline management and performance tracking will be essential to maintaining consistent conversion and revenue results.
- You’ll work closely with marketing, job search, and relocation teams within a small, international environment with direct access to leadership.
The role is ideal for a confident, organized sales professional who enjoys warm leads, meaningful client conversations, and measurable targets.
Accountabilities
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through applications, consultations, and marketing channels.
- Conduct video sales consultations to understand prospective clients’ goals, circumstances, and needs, and assess whether the available services are an appropriate fit.
- Clearly present job search and relocation services, including the process, pricing, value proposition, and expected outcomes.
- Guide qualified prospects through the complete sales cycle, including addressing objections, supporting decision-making, securing payment, and coordinating the handover.
- Maintain consistent and professional follow-up with prospective clients through Telegram, email, and other appropriate communication channels.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in HubSpot, including lead statuses, notes, tasks, activities, and follow-up schedules.
- Monitor individual sales performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, revenue results, and other relevant sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, job search, and relocation teams to address client questions, share feedback, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Identify recurring objections, client needs, and opportunities to improve sales messaging, processes, and conversion performance.

Requirements
- Fluency in Russian and English at C1 level or higher, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients in both languages.
- Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to conduct negotiations, handle objections, and consistently close deals.
- Strong consultative communication skills and the ability to understand client needs and clearly communicate the value of a service.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize leads, manage follow-ups, and remain focused on measurable sales objectives.
- Strong ownership and follow-through, with a proactive approach to managing opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Comfort working with sales metrics, pipelines, conversion rates, and performance targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Experience in services, consulting, EdTech, recruitment, relocation, or another high-consideration B2C sales environment.
- Preferred: Experience managing high-value deals of $5,000 or more.
- Preferred: Familiarity with HubSpot and Google Workspace.
