About the Role
Business to Consumer Partnerships is arguably the most entrepreneurial team at Goodlord. This role exists because there's a clear prize on the table: improving broadband and media lead conversion, launching a dedicated propositions for the tenant groups who are currently under-served, and bringing rigour and ownership to our smaller partnerships.
You'll get real ownership fast, commercial relationships, live dashboards and forecasting models from day one, with a clear trajectory towards owning a full product vertical of your own as the team grows.
Our Mission
Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Goodlord's mission? To be the gold standard platform for renting 🌎
We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution đźŹ
Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! 💚
The Opportunity
- Drive improvement projects that lift partner conversion: spanning data enrichment, leads management, product suitability, and marketing/communications across the tenant journey
- Own the flow of performance data back from partners, build and maintain the dashboards that give the team real-time visibility, and run partner performance meetings that drive actions to a clear conclusion
- Build and maintain forecasting models and trend analysis for current and prospective partner relationships, working closely with Finance to reconcile reporting, accruals and receipts
- Design and launch dedicated propositions for tenant groups who are currently under-served, a strategic priority for the team
- Own the commercial relationship with our long tail of smaller partners, and run a lightweight "partnership incubator" process to scout and test the next multi-million-pound partnership
- Capture tenant and landlord feedback and behavioural insight to improve the moving journey, and troubleshoot errors or bugs affecting tenants or partners
- Build strong working relationships across Partnerships, Finance, Product and Commercial teams, representing the tenant and partner perspective in cross-functional discussions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
