At Believ, formerly known as Liberty Charge, we’re committed to sustainable transport being accessible to everyone. We’re a Charge Point Operator (CPO) on a mission to create the UK’s most reliable electric vehicle charging network that doesn’t cost the earth and leaves no one behind. Providing equitable access to electric vehicle charging, and achieving cleaner air for all, is at the heart of the Believ mission. We work closely with local authorities and businesses to deliver reliable, high quality charging networks at pace, at scale and at zero cost.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery across multiple programmes, ensuring alignment of programme data and information
• End-to-end coordination of programme lifecycle processes, working across technical, delivery, and operational teams to ensure smooth progression of work
• Proactively track and coordinate designs, PoC status, and other core program deliverables identifying issues and blockers and escalate as required
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support approvals, resolve issues, and progress site outcomes and feedback through multiple systems and client portals
• Coordinate programme and technical advice to support decision-making, applying judgement to triage feedback and recommend practical solutions with support from the Programme Manager
• Action client feedback provided to PMs on designs and coordinate and implement appropriate action
• Proactively identify and investigate programme discrepancies and action as required
• Critically analyse and coordinate programme activities where necessary to ensure programme priorities, timelines, and quality standards are maintained, supporting the tracking of programme progress and milestones in Sitetracker
• Coordinate internal core programme management systems relative to allocated programmes of work (Sitetracker, Monday.com), ensuring data integrity and effective use across the programme of work
• Support programme governance and reporting processes - producing regular and ad-hoc programme reports to distribute internally/externally as required
• Support financial processes such as financial approvals and liaising with finance and delivery teams
• Coordination and ownership of the Programme Management inbox – triaging, responding, and escalating as required
• Progress, support and coordinate programme stakeholders through each required stage, including:
  • Site Selection & Feasibility
  • High-Level and Detailed Design
  • Internal & Local Authority approvals
  • Build preparation & scheduling
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
