Salary: £24,900 to £27,644 Per Annum, Full Time, Fixed Term for 9 Months

About The Role

We are looking to appoint 3 detail-orientated Admissions and Applicant Engagement Advisors on a fixed-term basis for 9 months. This is a fast-paced and dynamic Admissions and Applicant Engagement team and the successful candidates will be responsible for processing applications for a range of courses across all levels of study at the University. The successful post holders will have a specific focus on processing applications from Indian and Nepalese applicants so experience of international admissions would be highly advantageous but full training will be provided.

  • Provide a high-quality and hyper-personal service across our customer engagement platforms ensuring that prospective applicant enquiries are processed within ambitious service targets.
  • Review applications and make offers within agreed parameters.
  • Ensure applications and offers are processed in line with all relevant compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures, such as UCAS, DfE, UKVI, UKCISA.
  • Undertake outbound contact activity across our range of customer engagement platforms in line with the University’s conversion strategy for Home and International customers.
  • Mandatory staffing, on a rota basis, of key recruitment events including Offer Holder Days, Open Events, Clearing, and other events throughout each recruitment cycle.
