Opportunities for a Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time (3 days per week) Administrator
Opportunities have arisen for a permanent Full-Time and Part-Time (3 days per week) Administrator to join our friendly Tandridge Neighbourhood Community Mental Health Team.

About the Role
The post holder will provide a high-quality administrative and secretarial service to a multidisciplinary team. You will need excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and experience working within a busy office environment. We are seeking an individual who is proactive, adaptable, hardworking and able to effectively prioritise a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes a range of general office duties, including:
- Maintaining patient records on the electronic patient record system (SystmOne)
- Supporting clinical staff
- Filing, photocopying, processing post, scanning and uploading documents
- Liaising with patients, GPs and medical professionals
- Managing stationery and clinical supplies
- Taking meeting notes
- Responding to enquiries by email, letter and telephone
- Typing correspondence

Additional Duties
- Receive & process referrals.
- Process discharge paperwork & update system accordingly
- Type all letters for the team.
- Book appointments on patient record system/ update case notes on patient record system as required.
- Take minutes at team meetings & transcribe accurately.
- Answer telephone calls & relay messages in timely manner.
- General admin tasks, i.e., typing/copying/scanning/printing/laminating etc.
- Provide support to team members in setting up rooms for meetings.
- Check & book rooms for other team members.
- Receive/respond/forward emails in appropriate manner.
- Monitor & raise purchase requisitions for stationary/supplies/services such as interpreters for the team.
- Arrange clinic appointments.
Assessment
If you are successful at the interview, you will attend an admin assessment remotely on a date agreed with the HR office. Please note that the assessment will not schedule on the same date of the interview.
