Full Time Administrator
An opportunity for a Full time Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Mole Valley Neighbourhood Mental Health service.
We are a community-based service, providing specialist treatment and support for people who have severe and enduring mental health problems living in the Mole Valley area who are registered with a local GP.
As the Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support within a busy team environment. The post holder will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service by managing referrals, arranging appointments, processing correspondence, maintaining electronic records, and providing effective communication support to colleagues, service users, and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support by processing referrals, managing appointments, preparing correspondence, maintaining patient records, and handling emails and telephone enquiries.
- Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the service through document management, scanning and uploading records, arranging meetings, booking rooms, taking minutes, and carrying out general office administration tasks.
- Act as a key point of contact for service users and colleagues, ensuring enquiries and communications are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
- Maintain administrative systems and resources, including processing discharge paperwork, raising purchase requisitions, ordering supplies, and supporting the management of clinic activities.
- Provide reception and operational support where required, including managing visitor access, handling post and deliveries, monitoring reception processes, and providing cover for administrative colleagues during periods of absence.
- Contribute to service quality and team effectiveness by maintaining mandatory training compliance and supporting the smooth delivery of healthcare services.
