About Bolt

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we're just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

  • Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
  • Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
  • Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
  • Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.

About The Role

We're looking for a growth-driven Account Manager to join our Bolt for Business team in London. This role is heavily focused on driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts. You'll be on the front line with customers, making a high volume of activities, spotting opportunities, and scaling them across accounts and verticals.

As the face of Bolt for Business, you will work closely with key businesses, deeply understand their operations, and actively drive adoption and growth of Bolt's products.

As a B4B Account Manager, you'll own the commercial growth, retention, and expansion of an assigned portfolio of well-known business customers. You are not just maintaining relationships — you are actively growing them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work closely with clients to increase active usage and transaction volumes, upsell additional Bolt for Business products and verticals, and identify scalable opportunities to replicate success across accounts.

This is a high-energy, proactive role suited for someone who is hungry, comfortable with frequent communication, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Own the numbers — Take full accountability for GMV, orders, and revenue growth across an assigned B2B portfolio.
  • Drive meaningful growth — Build and execute structured account plans, lead regular client meetings and QBRs, and relentlessly identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across Bolt's products and client entities.
  • Set clients up for success — Lead the onboarding of strategic, high-value clients to ensure strong early adoption and a fast usage ramp.
  • Stay ahead of risk — Proactively monitor portfolio health, flag at-risk accounts early, and execute timely retention interventions.
  • Keep the pipeline tight — Maintain disciplined forecast and pipeline management in Salesforce, ensuring data quality and accuracy at all times.
  • Think beyond your accounts — Collaborate with Customer Support on operational matters, escalate commercially when needed, and feed market intelligence back to shape regional strategy.

About You

  • Proven track record — 3 to 5 years in Account Management, B2B Sales, Customer Success, or a similar commercial role, with demonstrated success in growing existing accounts.
  • Commercially accountable — Comfortable owning targets and delivering measurable outcomes with autonomy.
  • Structured by nature — You build and execute account plans rather than simply reacting to incoming requests.
  • A trusted relationship builder — You earn credibility quickly with business stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • CRM-savvy — Experienced with CRM tools, Salesforce preferred, for pipeline and account management.
  • Strong communicator — Confident in English, with the ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders; proficiency in German, Danish, or Swedish is seen as a "plus".
  • Hands-on and target-driven — Proactive, self-motivated, and energised by clear goals and tangible impact.
