Band 5 Mental Health Nurse Opportunity
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our Runnymede Neighbourhood Mental Health service.
We are looking for a passionate nurse to join our Frailty, Later Life & Dementia community service who will focus on providing support and high-quality mental health nursing care for clients and their carers, targeting and prioritizing people with severe mental health problems in later life and/or dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of clients.
- Use evidence-based/client-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions as part of the holistic approach.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, working alongside the MDT, working closely and collaborating effectively with all agencies and partner organizations involved in the care of our clients.
