Job Role
Reigate Neighbourhood team is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic community mental health nurse or Health professional (CPN/HCPC) to join our team.
The team is moving through a transition to an All-Age Neighbourhood Mental Health Team to provide more joined up mental health care for our community.
Key Responsibilities
As part of our multi-disciplinary team, the successful applicant will deliver comprehensive assessments and a variety of approaches, interventions, and treatments to individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues, supporting them in their personal recovery journey.
- Candidates must have a full driving license and a car to use for work.
- You will be required to take lead and professional responsibility for a number of service users in primary care.
- This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- You must be committed to delivering a high-quality service, working both independently and as part of our well-established, innovative, and recovery-focused team to meet the needs of service users and their carers.

In addition to managing a defined caseload, the successful applicant will conduct initial assessments for clients referred to the service and support individuals experiencing mental health crises in the community. There are various training opportunities available to enhance skills in delivering low-intensity psychological interventions.

Surrey is a beautiful county located just 30 minutes from Central London and the South Coast. Our historic market towns and bustling districts are surrounded by wonderful countryside, and our excellent road and rail networks make the rest of the country easily accessible.
For international travel, both Gatwick and Heathrow airports are nearby.
