What You Would Do
Typical responsibilities could include:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation
- Analysing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Creating clear process maps and requirements specifications that bridge business and technical teams
- Managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining engagement throughout project lifecycles
- Conducting data quality assessments and defining data requirements where relevant
- Supporting financial and operational analysis to quantify the impact of proposed changes
- Collaborating with development, operations, and business teams to ensure solutions meet defined needs
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation efforts

What You Could Bring
