BA Practice Lead - Darlington, £85,000 - £100,000, Hybrid
We're working with a well-established organisation that is looking to appoint a BA Practice Lead to take ownership of its Business Analysis capability across a sizeable change and transformation function.
This is a leadership role with a focus on people, capability, and continuous improvement rather than hands-on project delivery. You'll be responsible for developing and supporting a team of Business Analysts, driving professional standards, and ensuring the BA function is equipped to support a wide range of change initiatives across the business.

What we're looking for:
- Experience leading Business Analysts within change, transformation, or project delivery environments.
- Strong people management skills, with a track record of coaching and developing individuals and teams.
- A solid background in Business Analysis best practice, including requirements gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience establishing or improving BA frameworks, standards, and ways of working.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in complex or matrix organisations would be advantageous.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Business Analysts.
- Owning and evolving the Business Analysis practice, ensuring consistent standards and methodologies.
- Building a strong BA community that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
- Working closely with change and delivery leaders to ensure Business Analysis remains a key contributor to successful project outcomes.
- Providing guidance and support on complex analysis activities while helping drive continuous improvement across the function.
