Requirements & Process

What You Would Do

  • Gathering and documenting business and data requirements from stakeholders across the organisation
  • Mapping current and future business processes using tools such as BPMN and UML
  • Analysing systems, data quality, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
  • Working with technical teams to translate requirements into clear specifications for development
  • Conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand pain points and desired outcomes
  • Producing requirements documentation, process flows, and analysis reports
  • Supporting testing and implementation by validating that solutions meet business needs
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery

What You Could Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or systems analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and business process improvement
  • Working knowledge of requirements documentation and analysis tools such as BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies
  • Proficiency in data requirements gathering and data quality analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Ability to work effectively in a contract role with defined scope and deliverables

Nice-to-have capabilities could include experience with Agile methodologies, financial analysis, SQL for data querying, Power BI for data visualisation, or exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP.
