Our client is looking for a Baby Room Leader to join their team, the nursery is a purpose-built designed to provide exceptional learning opportunities through inspiring environments, free-flow play, and high-quality care.

About the Role
As a Room leader, you will support the Management team in delivering high-quality early years care and education, creating a safe, stimulating and organised environment for children to thrive. You will lead and inspire a team of practitioners, ensure best practice and safeguarding standards are maintained, and contribute to providing an outstanding experience for both children and families.

Qualifications
- Recognised CACHE Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential).
- Previous experience within an early year or nursery setting.
- A clear and up-to-date Enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
Required Skills
- Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting children's development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience as a Nursery Practitioner with baby room experience.
