Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable server-side systems and BFF architectures supporting global mobile apps.
API Design & Integration: Build and optimize efficient REST, GraphQL, and RAML-documented APIs tailored to mobile client requirements.
Code Stewardship: Proactively refactor legacy systems, implement modular designs, and ruthlessly clean up obsolete code to ensure long-term system health.
System Integration: Connect cutting-edge mobile frontends with complex foundational backend networks, including bespoke, legacy services from our foundational suite.

Performance & Diagnostics: Conduct end-to-end performance analysis, address bottlenecks, optimize network payloads, and implement resilient asynchronous patterns.
Relevant Experience & Skills
- Proven experience building enterprise-grade, highly scalable server-side applications.
- Expertise in modern engineering patterns, including writing asynchronous, non-blocking, and concurrent code.
- Strong proficiency with software configuration management, build tools, and automated Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
- Demonstrated capability in performance tuning, load analysis, and diagnosing complex distributed systems issues.
- Comfortable operating as a self-starter who takes complete ownership of open-ended design problems.
- Experience dealing with legacy frameworks and orchestrating smooth migrations or integrations.
- Strict commitment to software quality through unit testing, integration tests, and structured code reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, an aligned engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
