Role Description
This full-time, on-site Back End Developer role is based in Peacehaven and involves building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side web applications and services. The Back End Developer will:

Daily tasks include:
- Writing clean, testable code
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with front-end developers to support seamless user experiences
- Participating in code reviews
The role also includes:
- Contributing to technical planning
- Improving development workflows
- Staying current with industry best practices to support high-quality client solutions
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming
- Solid experience in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Good understanding of Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with UI and UX teams
- Experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar) and relational/non-relational databases
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
