Role Description
This full-time, on-site Back End Developer role is based in Peacehaven and involves building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side web applications and services. The Back End Developer will design and implement APIs, integrate databases, and ensure application performance, scalability, and security. Daily tasks include:

- Writing clean, testable code
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Collaborating with front-end developers to support seamless user experiences
- Participating in code reviews

The role also includes contributing to technical planning, improving development workflows, and staying current with industry best practices to support high-quality client solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Software Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Candidates should possess a good understanding of Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with UI and UX teams.
- Candidates should possess experience with server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar) and relational/non-relational databases.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Candidates should possess a relevant qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
