Back of House Nandoca (Team Member) – Nando’s
Hourly Rate: £12.21 (may differ for under 18s)
About the Role
We’re seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our Back of House (BoH) Nandoca team—people who love cooking, overseeing kitchens, and ensuring our guests leave with smiles while delivering our Nando’s high standards.
- We welcome both full-time and part-time applications—no prior experience needed!
- You’ll bring enthusiasm, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; we’ll handle the training.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare exceptional PERi-PERi meals that wow every guest
- Treat customers like part of the family by embodying our passion for service
- Set up, maintain, and close down clean, safe, and fully functional workstations
- Handle deep cleaning and deep fryers to Nando’s strict standards
- Strictly adhere to:
- Fire safety & health regulations
- Food hygiene protocols
- Restaurant security measures
