Overview
Back Office Agent
Location: on-site only in Measham
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £24,784.50

The Role
We are currently seeking a Back-Office Processing Agent to work within our specialist fulfilment center located in Measham.
You will be responsible for providing the best customer service by dealing with customers inbound & outbound whitemail and fulfilment activities across multiple lines of business. This work will involve handling customer paperwork and the use of office-based machinery to fulfil client requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in a Customer Service focused environment.
- Proven experience of working within a fulfilment environment or similar back-office roles.
- Proven experience of handling customer requests.
- Proven ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Proven ability to use initiative.
- Proven ability to be able to adhere to strict timeframes
