About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer / Software Engineer specializing in Go and Node.js to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a core messaging platform that underpins our company's real-time infrastructure. As part of the team, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and enhancing highly scalable distributed systems that support real-time interactions for a global user base. Your work will involve developing low-latency messaging services, Pub/Sub architectures, and state synchronization mechanisms, all aimed at delivering reliable, high-performance software solutions.
In an AI-first engineering environment, you will leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development processes while maintaining full ownership of system architecture, code quality, and technical decision-making. This position provides a unique chance to contribute to next-generation communication infrastructure, integrating AI capabilities to enhance user experiences and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in backend development using Go, Node.js, or similar modern server-side languages.
- Hands-on experience building or operating distributed systems, messaging platforms, event-driven architectures, or streaming technologies.
- Strong understanding of scalability, concurrency, performance optimization, and fault-tolerant system design principles.
- Experience working with Pub/Sub messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS.
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality, production-ready software solutions.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and integrating AI into software systems, while maintaining engineering rigor.
- Additional experience with cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or streaming systems is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain core messaging services and distributed systems that support real-time interactions.
- Implement scalable and reliable Pub/Sub architectures to ensure low latency and high throughput.
- Optimize system performance through concurrency management and fault-tolerance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Leverage AI tools and frameworks to enhance platform capabilities and streamline development workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high engineering standards.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, technical roadmaps, and long-term product planning.
- Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of distributed systems in cloud environments.
