About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our platform to improve user experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse user base. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably with experience in web or mobile applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud services and APIs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions to enhance our platform’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to implement user-centric features that improve functionality and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs or issues within the platform, providing timely resolutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Assist in the documentation of technical specifications and user guides.
- Support deployment and integration activities, ensuring smooth rollouts of new features and updates.
