About The Role

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, is essential. Familiarity with modern frameworks and technologies like React, Node.js, or Django will be highly advantageous. Strong understanding of database management systems, RESTful API design, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team are critical. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate good communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new features and improving existing functionalities of our platform to enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. This includes:
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Conducting code reviews
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Monitoring system performance
- Troubleshooting issues
- Implementing security best practices
