What You Would Do
- Developing and maintaining APIs and microservices using.NET, ASP.NET, Java and Spring Boot
- Designing and implementing solutions for distributed systems, with experience of containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes
- Writing clean, well-tested code and contributing to CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimizing database design and queries using SQL and relational databases
- Contributing to infrastructure-as-code practices using Terraform and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and GCP
- Participating in code reviews and supporting team standards for code quality and maintainability

What You Could Bring
Required
- Proven experience in backend development with.NET, ASP.NET, Java or Python
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, APIs and distributed systems design
- Hands-on experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience with SQL and relational database design
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Competency in at least one modern programming language
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice-to-have experience
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate or Microsoft Azure Administrator Certified Associate
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform
- Kubernetes certifications (CKAD, CKA)
- Working knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot or other enterprise frameworks
- Experience with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, RISE)
- Familiarity with data pipelines and data quality practices
