💻 Role: Backend Engineer

💰 Salary: Up to £100,000 + Meaningful Equity

📍 Location: London - Hybrid or Remote (Flexible)

We’re partnered with a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS company building AI-powered software that helps enterprise businesses improve customer engagement and automate complex commercial workflows. Following continued growth, they’re expanding their engineering team with multiple Backend Engineer hires across different levels.

Backend Engineer Requirements:

  • Commercial experience building production software with Go (or strong experience in Python/Node.js with an interest in Go)
  • Product-focused mindset with experience taking features from design through to production
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with plenty of ownership
  • Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, or data-intensive platforms
  • Interest in AI, automation, or applying modern tooling to improve engineering productivity

As a Backend Engineer, you'll help build scalable backend services and AI-powered capabilities used by enterprise customers worldwide. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape solutions, solve challenging technical problems, and have a direct impact on the product roadmap.
