About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our dynamic team at Client Server. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing innovative solutions and technical expertise to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • Minimum of three years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware components, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard client data and prevent cyber threats
  • Assist in the planning and deployment of new systems, upgrades, and technology projects
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports to ensure clear communication and compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored IT solutions that meet client requirements
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and support
