Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines. Proven experience in the specific domain or technology stack is essential, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and platforms, are required. Additionally, excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and a keen attention to detail are important. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and possess effective communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly. Certifications related to the role will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality solutions that align with client requirements and organizational standards.
- Collaborating with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to best practices and quality standards.
- Analyzing client needs, creating technical specifications, and implementing scalable solutions.
- Troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, and continuously improving existing systems.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative team environment.
