About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Fresha. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform and achieve their business goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping clients succeed. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with diverse clients across various regions, providing tailored solutions and fostering long-term relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within SaaS or technology industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address client needs.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other customer success tools.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure they derive maximum value from the Fresha platform.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and strategic advice.
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential issues to prevent churn and promote retention.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, training, and regular check-ins to ensure clients are fully engaged with the platform.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to address client requests and facilitate feature adoption.
- Create and deliver reports on client usage, satisfaction, and account performance to internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services that benefit clients.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
