Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and APIs
- Build reliable data models, integrations, and internal tools
- Improve system scalability, performance, and observability
- Write automated tests and maintain high code quality
- Debug production issues and contribute to incident resolution
- Collaborate with frontend, AI, data, and product teams
Qualification
Required
- Recent graduate or graduating soon in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or a similar language
- Understanding of databases, APIs, networking, and backend fundamentals
- Familiarity with Git, testing, and software development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely

Preferred
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, Node.js, Java Spring, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, or cloud platforms
- Understanding of distributed systems, queues, or asynchronous processing
- Interest in AI infrastructure and developer tools
