Engineers: Ready to tackle some of the hardest unsolved problems in AI infrastructure and help build a company that lasts for decades?
The company has just closed significant funding and is scaling at extreme velocity — an AI-native data orchestration platform that has already 100×’d usage and quintupled revenue in the last year.
In a small, elite team you’ll own the orchestration engine end-to-end — scheduling, execution, state, retries, concurrency, cancellation — and write code wherever it’s needed to get features into production fast. You’ll ship systems that run in production for leading companies, design for spiky load, build the AI-native agent layer, own your own infrastructure (Terraform included), and work directly with customers on real failures.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is for engineers who solve complex backend problems proactively, bring a holistic systems mindset, want to work alongside the best people they’ve ever met, move fast in production, and own the hard problem most people only notice when it breaks.
What matters most:
- Real depth in Python (production services, not scripts)
- Strong judgment on distributed systems (retries, idempotency, state machines, race conditions under load)
- A proactive approach to complex backend challenges
- Holistic systems thinking
- Comfort owning infrastructure and IaC
- Solid data-modelling instinct
- A bias to shipping
- A commercial mindset
