The Role
Build production-grade AI systems and the infrastructure that supports them. Take ownership of technical decisions and shape the evolution of a conversational AI platform. Design and develop conversational, agentic AI systems using Python and LLMs. Integrate third-party AI solutions to build reliable, scalable production workflows. Assess existing platforms, identify modernisation opportunities, and evolve architecture for next-gen AI capabilities.

What You'll Need
Strong backend Python software engineering skills. Understanding of conversational AI workflows and the ability to build backend services and infrastructure. Experience putting Large Language Models (LLMs) into production. Comfort with independent technical decision-making and ownership. Familiarity with AWS, TypeScript, Node.js, and asynchronous Python.
