Back Office Admin with Russian Language
We are looking for a Back Office Admin with Russian language to join our team in London.
This is an office-based role to support and develop our internal IT infrastructure, corporate services, user access, devices, and office network.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administer and support internal corporate services, including domain services, authentication, email, CRM, and other business systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, access groups, onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support corporate devices used by employees, primarily Linux laptops.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, corporate software, VPN clients, security tools, and required applications.
- Manage mobile devices using MDM tools.
- Maintain and troubleshoot the corporate office network, including switches, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure and services using monitoring tools.
- Use automation tools and scripts to simplify routine administration tasks.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory.
- Handle employee IT support requests and resolve technical issues.
- Document internal IT processes, configurations, and user instructions.
- Participate in improving security, reliability, and maintainability of internal IT systems.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a System Administrator, IT Administrator, or similar role.
- Good knowledge of Linux desktop administration.
- Experience with user access management, directory services, LDAP, Active Directory, or similar systems.
- Understanding of corporate networks, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic firewall concepts.
- Experience supporting business applications such as email systems, CRM, internal portals, or similar services.
- Experience with monitoring and automation tools.
- Basic scripting skills, preferably Bash or Python.
- Understanding of endpoint security, device management, and access control principles.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical employees.
- Accuracy, responsibility, and willingness to document work.

Nice to have:
- Experience with MDM systems for mobile device management.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Experience with virtualization, containers, or backup systems.
- Experience working in companies with mostly Linux-based employee devices.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices.
Work Format:
Office-based role. Regular work from the office is required, as the role includes support of corporate devices, office infrastructure, and internal network equipment.
