Join our team as a Back Office Support Specialist and play a key role in delivering excellent customer support behind the scenes. You will manage customer queries and complaints, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for a proactive, solution-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries and back-office activities via CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Process returns, credits, and free-of-charge orders.
- Support customer and product master data updates.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
About You
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
