About Us
We are a new business starting our own bakery known for our high-quality, fresh, and delicious baked goods. We're looking to expand our team with up to four qualified bakers who bring experience, passion, and dedication to their craft.
Job Overview
As a Baker in our bakery, you will play an essential role in producing a variety of high-quality baked goods. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in a professional baking environment. You will work with a team of skilled bakers to create products that exceed our customers' expectations, maintain high standards of quality, and ensure efficiency in daily production.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, and specialty items
- Measure and mix ingredients with precision to maintain consistency and quality
- Follow recipes and production standards accurately
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Contribute to developing and refining recipes as needed

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of baking experience in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
