We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol, and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on handmade viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

Job Opportunity
We currently have an exciting Sous Chef opportunity in our Newark Works bakery, situated on the lower Bristol Road.
Responsibilities
Working alongside and reporting to the Head Chef, you are responsible for the daily production of goods, including viennoiserie, pastries, cakes, and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.

Working Conditions
We encourage a healthy work-life balance, so our working patterns are based on a five-day a week, starting from 5:00am or later depending on the specific role.
