Bakery Assistant
This is an exciting time for the Food team at WatchHouse; we are imminently moving into a new purpose-built bakery - completely redesigning our food offering in order to create a world-class bakery programme.
We are looking for a passionate, food-loving individual who is keen to learn. You will be a key player in our operation, working closely with the bakery team to produce high-quality baked goods that meet our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the team in the production, mixing, baking and finishing of a variety of bakery products.
- Decorating goods in line with specifications to maintain consistent product quality.
- Packaging products for dispatch to our London Houses, ensuring accurate fulfilment of orders.
- Maintaining highest standards of cleanliness, ensuring work is completed in a safe and hygienic environment.
- Follow principles of stock rotation and inventory management to minimise wastage and the bakery has everything it needs to succeed.
