Alexander Steele is working in partnership with a leading branded food manufacturing business. The organisation are now looking to appoint a new Bakery Operations Manager, to join them on their next stage of growth.
Reporting into the Operations Director, the Ops Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimising all operational aspects of the business. This position requires a ‘hands on’ leader with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production processes, effective supply chain management, and exceptional customer service delivery.

On Offer
- £100,000 - 110,000 annual salary.
- Car allowance - £8,000 p/a
- Annual bonus of 15%
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.

The Candidate
- Proven experience in production / operations management within the Bakery manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively leading teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Interest in joining a high growth, dynamic business.
