Bakery Production Operatives
Location: Bowen Pies – On-site
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00
Start Date: Immediate for successful candidates
Bowen Pies are expanding!
With the football season well underway and demand continuing to grow coming into the colder months, we’re looking for 1–2 reliable and motivated Bakery Production Operatives to join our day-shift team.
This is a hands-on role within a busy food manufacturing environment. You’ll work primarily within one department, with full training provided by our experienced team.
About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Pastry preparation and production
- Savoury product manufacturing
- Working to production plans and required quantities
- Following food safety, hygiene and quality procedures
- Completing production and quality paperwork
- Cleaning and maintaining your work area
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Supporting other areas of production when required

What We’re Looking For
Previous baking or food production experience is preferred, but not essential.

Food manufacturing or bakery experience would be an advantage.
Hours & Schedule
- 06:00–14:00
- Monday–Friday
- 5 days per week
- Some flexibility with shift days may be available with prior notice
- Working hours may change in the future as we continue to optimise our production operation
