PURPOSE STATEMENT
Own the test kitchen has a can do attitude towards proactive NPD and quality attributes with a flexible nature to deliver for our customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES
- Manage and prepare sample requests
- Use comprehensive knowledge of the product, you will have the ability to highlight any quality issues and inform the relevant parties
- To work alongside product developers to prepare and samples for product submissions
- Must ensure the test kitchen is audit ready every day and all raw materials are replenished
- Maintain the sample bank, ensuring all current products are correctly stored and always deliver on quality
- Support on trials in the factory.
- Set up shelf life samples.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Keen to develop a successful career in the bakery industry and fully participate in an internal development programme provided by Rich’s
- Passion for food
Desirable
- Experience of working in a food manufacturing facility
- Practical bakery or catering experience
