We’re looking for someone to join our team as a Bakery Supervisor, overseeing the team in the bakery and ensuring we meet production targets and outputs. You’ll be working alongside another supervisor, and report to the Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising the bakery team – including organising rotas, inducting and training staff, and directing staff on targets for the day
- Bakery management – ensure standards and food safety policies are met, maintain cleanliness, maintain stock levels and carry out daily checks
- Biscuit output – ensure baking is carried out to correct standard, meet production targets, fill out reporting documentation
- Operating ovens – guiding other operators and working to improve baking efficiency
- Oversee packing and order handling including managing orders, arranging delivery and invoicing customers
