Essential Ingredients

  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
  • A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
  • Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
  • Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

You'll be working at the very heart of a versatile shift team and not just clocking-in, powering our 24/7 food manufacturing operation. Your commitment will help Warburtons manufacture and deliver products that are unbeatable in quality, making you an invaluable player in our success story.

As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

About Us

Our Eastwood bakery is in the heart of the East Midlands with easy access links to the M1 near Nottingham and Derby; we’re proud of our heritage and have over 300 colleagues who work a variety of shifts within Manufacturing and Distribution producing over 5,000 bread rolls and 24,000 crumpets per hour!
